Arranging onboard treats for a birthday charter
In July 2022, an investment company asked us to help fly 40 employees from California to a summer party at the owner’s Montana ranch. The client had never chartered before and was celebrating a colleague’s birthday onboard, so we wanted to make their first private flight extra-special.
Our Solution
Route: Oakland > Yellowstone > Oakland
Aircraft: Embraer EMB145
We suggested chartering a 50-seat regional jet, Embraer EMB145, as it was more cost-effective than the alternative of a narrow-bodied jet and there was one available near the departure airport which saved positioning costs and still allowed everyone to travel together. The client was happy with our recommendation and the flight ran smoothly throughout.
