Arranging a luxury charter to the Cote d’Azur
A luxury travel agency in Munich asked us to help arrange a private jet charter for a local couple, who were flying to the Cote d’Azur and back on a luxury holiday. When the aircraft became grounded before the return leg of the charter, it was a race against the clock to find a replacement jet without delaying the passengers’ journey.

Route: Berlin > Nice > Berlin
Aircraft: Cessna Citation CJ2, Embraer Legacy 400
The couple were travelling during Nice’s busy summer season when demand was very high, but we managed to source a Cessna Citation CJ2 and secure airport slots.
When the jet was grounded for the return leg of the charter, we sprung into action to find an alternative aircraft as quickly as possible.
Drawing on our relationships with airlines, we were able to charter an Embraer Legacy 400 at short notice. This heavy jet was offered to the client for the same price as the very light jet that had originally been booked.
