Joel Fenn started his ACS career in 2005 in the company’s London headquarters, where he worked his way up to the position of Private Jets Director, before taking on the same role in the Hong Kong office. He then moved to Miami in 2015, taking the reins when ACS opened their Florida office in the city. It was whilst he was there that he became Business Development Director, before opening the new Washington D.C. office last year.

Mark joined Air Charter Service in 2012 in the company’s London HQ, where he worked his way up to Manager before transferring to the New York office in 2017 to head up the Commercial Jets division. Last year he was appointed as Regional Head of Commercial Jets for the whole of North America.
Mark has extensive experience with federal government agencies and contractors for large scale passenger movements and has worked on both last-minute evacuations and planned workforce logistics.

Chris Fisher joined ACS more than two years ago, bringing with him 30 years’ experience. Chris began his career in aviation logistics in the US Navy before moving into an operations management role at a large freight forwarder and later to another charter company. Chris has been able to add his diverse experience working with the government, as well as within the private sector, to the ACS Cargo team and his international experience in freight forwarding has also proved invaluable.
