Arranging a real estate road-trip in France
In July 2022, the president of a French real estate asset management company asked us to help arrange a road-trip around the country to visit properties in their portfolio. With several proposed stops within one day, we needed to find a solution that covered as much ground as possible without exceeding crew duty.
Our Solution
Route: Paris > Toulouse > Biarritz > Paris
Aircraft: Cessna Citation Mustang
We sourced two available aircraft for this charter: a smaller Diamond DA62 and a more expensive Cessna Citation Mustang that was better suited to the trip.
The client took our advice and booked the Mustang, despite the difference in price. He also happily accepted that we needed to scrap a stop in Bordeaux due to crew duty rules.
